Based in Dar-Es-Salam, a small town located on the west coast of the island of Nosy-Be.

This small town depends mainly on tourism and only has shops, a local market, crafts and various companies, including tourism companies.

Its population is estimated at 15,000 people.

During this crucial period of their lives, many young adolescents find themselves left to their own devices.

They are tempted by easy money.
